Case history
Hypospadias is common congenital anomely of the penis. Incidence is 1 in 300. In hypospadias external urethral meatus is abnormaly placed on the ventral side of the penis and leaving excessfore skin of the dorsam of the penis and associatated cordee leading to bending of the penis on erection.

In all the three following cases diagnosis is Distal Hypospadias with cordee all the children are below 3 years of the age which is preschool going age and considered best age for the surgery. All the steps of snod grass repair shown step by step in the pictures.
All the cases flowed for 12 weeks , only one case developed small urethral fishula which was successfully repaired. No fresh complaints developed till date. All the surgeries shown in the pictures step by step.
